We specialize in weddings, corporate events, graduations, celebrations of life, private parties or any gathering from 15 to 300 guests. Ginny Rae’s Catering will strive to ensure every detail of your event is planed and coordinated to perfection.
Pan Sizing (varies slightly by dish): Half 6-10 people, Standard 12-16 people, Extra Large 22-28 people. Our listed prices are for pick up of Half/Standard/Extra Large pans. It would be our pleasure to deliver to your event or do a full set up at your location.

Payments & Deposits
A deposit of 50% of estimated event total is required to reserve the date of your event and will be applied to total event balance. We will accept a 25% initial deposit on weddings and large events planned 6 months and more in advance. A second 25% is due three months prior to event date. One week prior to event date final guest count must be provided along with payment of full balance. All set ups and event packages are subject to the addition of sales tax and a 15% gratuity.
Pricing & Services
Prices listed on our catering menu reflect the cost of the food only. We gladly offer delivery within a 30 minute drive of Ginny Rae’s Restaurant (1169 Dix Ave, Hudson Falls) for a fee of $25.00. Further delivery available for a fee to be negotiated as needed. Holding equipment is available for rental in unique pick up and delivery situations. There will be a fee of $15.00 as well as a $100.00 deposit per holder. The deposit will be returned in full, by check, when holders are returned in original condition within the timeline established in the catering agreement. Full buffet set up available including buffet tables with linens, hot and cold holding in chaffing dishes and platters with staff returning for cleanup starting at $225. Events larger than 30-50 guests may need staffing onsite for buffet maintenance and restocking at an additional fee. Wedding packages are priced with two staff members on site for four hours included in the per person cost. These staff members set up, maintain and clean up buffet as well as assist in bussing. For weddings larger than 100 guests additional staff may be required. When not included in the package additional event staffing available at $25/per hour per staff member to assist in bussing and other predetermined services. All set up event prices include disposable plates and flatware. Real plates, silverware and glassware can be provided at an additional cost. Table linens are available in a variety of sizes. Linens are delivered to site one day prior to event date unless other arrangements are made and returned by the customer to Ginny Rae’s Restaurant within the timeline established in the catering agreement. At events where Ginny Rae’s is contracted as the onsite caterer (not applicable for pickup and delivery options) no outside food is to be present with the exception of dessert items.
